These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Ghioohh GmbH and its customers. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
Ghioohh GmbH provides information and consulting on regional development opportunities and funding programs. The specific services result from the respective service description or agreement.
The presentation of our services on the website does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting an inquiry through our contact form or newsletter registration, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded through our express acceptance or the provision of the service.
The customer is obliged to provide truthful and complete information. The information provided must be current and correct. In case of changes, the customer is obliged to inform us immediately.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, our liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded.
All content on this website, including texts, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright. Reproduction, processing, distribution, or other use beyond the limits of copyright law requires our written consent.
Newsletter subscriptions can be terminated at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of each email. Other contracts can be terminated according to the conditions agreed therein.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, provided that the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
